We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate
to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will handle daily processing ofaccount opening
,business loan applications
,client bookkeeping
,cash collections
, and otheradministrative duties
. The role requires strong coordination with internal associates, external bankers, and clients.Key Responsibilities:
1.Banking & Loan Application Support
Log and process new
bank account opening
andbusiness loan applications
. Coordinate with clients and bank representatives to gather required documentation. Track application status and ensure timely follow-up.2.
Bookkeeping & Accounting
Allocate and maintain accurate
bookkeeping records
for multiple clients.. Update financial records, including expenses, invoices, and payments.3.
Client Coordination & Reporting
Provide daily updates to clients on application progress and financial reports. Respond to client queries via email, calls, or scheduled meetings. Maintain clear and organized communication logs for each client.
4.
Invoicing & Cash Collection
Prepare and issue invoices as per client billing cycles. Monitor payment status and follow up for
collections
. Record incoming payments and update financial ledgers accordingly.5.
Administrative Support
Maintain digital and physical files for client documentation. Support team with scheduling, data entry, and other admin-related tasks. Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal and client meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
