to manage and facilitate all government-related activities for our company. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in handling documentation and government procedures in the UAE, especially related to visas, labor contracts, trade licenses, and other legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations (employment/residence).
Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, etc.
Process and renew company trade licenses and labor cards.
Submit and follow up on applications for permits, approvals, and clearances.
Keep the company updated on changes in government rules and procedures.
Maintain proper records of employee-related documentation.
Assist in the preparation and submission of various reports to regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
Must be a
UAE National
with UAE PRO experience
.
Minimum 2-5 years of proven PRO experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
