The Role

Guildhall is currently assisting a leading organization in the infrastructure and construction sector with the recruitment of a Public Relations Officer (PRO) based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National (Emirati) with strong connections and proven experience in managing government relations, official documentation, and company administrative matters. Key Responsibilities: o Handle all government-related procedures, including visa applications, labor cards, company licensing, and other official documentation. o Maintain strong relationships with local government departments and authorities. o Ensure effective communication with government entities and full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. o Assist management in addressing and resolving any government-related issues.



Requirements

UAE National (Emirati) - mandatory o 3-5 years of experience in a PRO or similar government relations role o Strong social and professional network, preferably with family or contacts in government institutions o Fluent in Arabic and English o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
