What You'll do:
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate with the HR Shared Services team to ensure efficient Facility Management and Housekeeping services at the site.
Liaise with Abu Dhabi Government Authorities, Zone Corp, Immigration Department, and MOHRE to stay updated on UAE labor law regulations.
Represent the company, along with the HR Shared Services Team, in official offices including Embassies, Ministries, and other Government Departments as required.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in the initial candidate filtering process by contacting candidates and preparing shortlists.
Act as the point of contact for employees, providing support services while ensuring compliance with company policies, systems, and protocols.
