PRO:

Handling all registrations and attestations of different contracts along with all necessary documentation. Handling and fully responsible to maintain all company's legal documents including renewal of Trade license, SIRA license, company establishment License, Dubai Chamber of commerce license. Dealing with all legal authorities for company and employee's related matters and issues. Applying all new visas, work permits and residence of all staff, also responsible of cancelation process of employees. Handling and applying all cancellations of staff. Handling all documentation related to renewal of camp.

SIRA

Dealing directly with SIRA for Guards SIRA cards, and arranging SIRA training of guards with training centers. Managing online SIRA portal for all staff by uploading all guards' data, Coordination & control of the guards SIRA cards & other information. Assisting Operation to manage all SIRA related issued on sites and managing transport for guards training. Applying and collection of all SIRA certificates, POD, First Aid, SAFER, Police Clearance certificate in order to arrange permanent cards.

Admin

Handling total company fleet, transport management, dealing with Transport services provider company for maintenance of guard's vehicles, weekly checks, replacement of vehicle, coordination with vender in case of any emergency etc. Delivering all monthly invoices to the clients. Handling all payment collections from clients and deposit in the bank. Preparing monthly deduction sheet for guards & staff and assure to include in the payroll. Assisting admin department for urgent purchase requirements with short deadlines. Assisting Operations team for maintenance in camp and any other issues with landlord.

UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
