Key Responsibilities
Manage all
Visa, Immigration, Labor, and Emirates ID
processes for employees.
Handle company Labors and Their Accoomodation Related follow up,
MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP
and other government-related transactions.
Process
new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, medical, biometrics
, etc.
Coordinate with
Site/ Office
and relevant departments.
Manage company documentation:
etc.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UAE laws and deadlines.
Liaise with government offices and typing centers efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience
as PRO (mandatory).
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(good listening & speaking required).
Strong knowledge of UAE immigration and labor procedures.
Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Valid UAE driving license
is a plus.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
