We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related tasks and employee documentation in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in visa processing, labor laws, and immigration procedures. Candidates with HR experience in employee onboarding, contracts, and document management will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all government-related documentation, including visa applications, renewals, Emirates ID, labor cards, medicals, and company licensing.
Ensure timely processing of all government transactions in compliance with UAE laws.
Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities and documentation.
Act as the main point of contact with government offices, ministries, and other authorities.
Handle HR tasks such as recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, contract management, and other HR-related responsibilities.
Keep up to date with changes in UAE labor and immigration laws.
Requirements:
Proven 2-3 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
HR experience in onboarding, contracts, and document management is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of UAE government portals, authorities, and procedures.
Experience in handling employee visas, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
