Abul Hashem Group is seeking a dependable and experienced
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
to manage all government-related processes, legal documentation, and dispute resolution matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and general legal matters, with proven experience handling disputes with labor authorities, tenants, and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Process and renew employment visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and other official documents.
Ensure timely renewals of trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and employee documents.
Represent the company at immigration, labor departments, municipality, and other government authorities.
Handle and resolve disputes with labor departments, tenants, and government entities professionally and efficiently.
Advise management on general UAE laws and regulatory requirements.
Maintain organized records of all official documentation, approvals, and legal correspondence.
Liaise with legal representatives and government stakeholders as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and general legal practices
Experience in dispute resolution with government departments and tenants
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with integrity
