Job Purpose:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for handling all government-related transactions, with a primary focus on processing employee visas and labor documentation. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with government entities and ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the entire visa process for new hires, renewals, cancellations, and dependents (employment, residence, visit, and mission visas). Submit and track applications through government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, and Tasheel. Coordinate with HR and new employees to collect necessary documents for visa processing. Ensure timely processing of Emirates ID, medical tests, and labor contracts. Monitor visa expiries and handle timely renewals or cancellations. Maintain accurate records of all visa-related transactions and documentation. Liaise with government departments (Immigration, Labor, Economic Department, Municipality, etc.) for various administrative matters. Process company trade license renewals, establishment card renewals, and other legal documents as required. Stay updated on all relevant labor laws, visa regulations, and government processes. Prepare periodic reports on visa activities, pending cases, and process updates. Handle inquiries related to visa status or requirements from employees and management.

Qualification Requirement:

Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE with a strong background in visa processing.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as PRO, preferably in the real estate sector.

Skills Requirement:

Excellent knowledge of UAE labor and immigration regulations. Familiar with online government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred). Valid UAE driving license is a plus. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
