Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for all communications, public relations, and public affairs Analytics and Automation solutions in the Region.
Provide an effective service relating to all visa issues, including but not limited to:
Processing of Employment Visa, Labor Contract, Labor Card applications and renewals to ensure compliance with the UAE Labor Law.
Guiding and advising management on all PRO matters.
Develop and implement policies, procedures and work routines for the department .
Produce reports and statistics as required.
Managing income and expenditure accounts
Generating the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial reports using income and expenditure data
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Experience with accounting software (Quick book) & data entry
Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures
Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
Ability to work independently
Analytical skills

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Should have experience in the Middle East Region preferably in UAE
Excellent knowledge in almost all government sectors in UAE. Excellent customer service and assistance skills.
Excellent skills in document clearing in UAE from Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Immigration etc.
Skill to handle corporate customers and assist them on all government related documentation.
Should have excellent communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
