Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to support our operations in Dubai. If you have a strong understanding of UAE government procedures and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for complete business setup services across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE. Must have complete knowledge of pricing and procedures for various company setups including partner, investor, and family visas. Handle Establishment Card updates, bank account assistance, and license modifications. Manage all authority approvals required for new license issuance or renewal (DED, Free Zones, Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.). Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored setup solutions accordingly. Stay up-to-date with UAE business laws, government policies, and regulatory changes. Provide accurate guidance on legal structures, required documentation, and processing timelines.

Handle all PRO-related services, including:

Trade license processing Visa applications (Investor, Partner, Employee, Family) Emirates ID, Medical Test, Labour Card Immigration and MOHRE procedures Liaise with all relevant government departments: DED, Immigration, MOHRE, Free Zones, Notary, etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery. Lead and manage a small team of consultants and administrative staff.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
