Job Summary: Looking for a PRO Assistant cum Office Administrator in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • The incumbent will be responsible for daily running of the office including handling leasing contracts
  • Act as the first point of contact for all communications and administrative needs of the company
  • Handle schedules and plan all office meetings
  • Manage office communications as well as correspondence
  • Manage all administrative and public relations functions
  • Generate and share marketing materials and serve as the spokes person for the company
  • Handle inquiries from the public and other parties
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling both public relations and administrative tasks
  • Must have very good administrative and PR skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have good knowledge in handling real estate leasing contracts works
  • Competency in computer applications required
  • Only Indian candidates are required
