Job Overview
We are looking for an
experienced PRO Typist
to manage government documentation,
notary services
, and
sales contract typing
. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE government portals and legal documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
typing and submission of legal documents
through UAE government systems
Prepare and process
Notary Public documents
, affidavits, MOUs, powers of attorney, and declarations
Draft, type, and coordinate
sales contracts
and commercial agreements
Liaise with
Notary Public, courts, and government departments
Manage documents via
Dubai Courts, TAMM, GDRFA, MOHRE, and other portals
Ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE laws and regulations
Track application status and follow up for approvals and completions
Maintain proper filing and documentation records (soft & hard copies)
Support management with
legal and administrative documentation
Key Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience
as a PRO Typist
Strong knowledge of
Notary Public procedures and sales contract documentation
Hands-on experience with
Dubai Courts, Notary systems, and typing centers
Excellent
Arabic and English typing skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential and legal documents professionally
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
