Duties & Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge with Mainland, Freezone UAE labour, visa and Immigration law Processing visa applications, work permits via MOHRE applications, ICA, Immigration portals (such as Tasheel, GDRFA, Echannel, Medical and Emirates ID) Stay updated on UAE visa, immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients, employees, and management Maintain a strong relationship with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and other relevant authorities Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and company registrations Manage communication with government agencies, including updates on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Assist in resolving issues related to employee documentation and government processes Represent the company in government meetings, labor disputes, and other official engagements Provide guidance on regulatory changes and ensure full compliance with UAE laws

Requirements:

Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE Strong communications skills in English and Arabic (Speak, Read & Write) Valid UAE Driving license required Any Degree/Diploma in any field Knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel to maintain reports of employees and payments Proficiency in UAE labor laws, visa processes, and governmental procedures Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure Experience in handling PRO tasks in a delivery services company will be an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
