Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Professional Arabic Speaker (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills, capable of handling professional interactions, translations, and cultural mediation. This role may involve customer service, administrative support, translation, or liaison duties, depending on the organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality Arabic-English (or other language) translation and interpretation (written & verbal).
• Assist in document processing, including legal, business, or governmental paperwork in Arabic.
• Act as a liaison between Arabic-speaking clients/partners and the company.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support in Arabic.
• Ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy in all communications.
• Assist in drafting official correspondence, emails, and reports in Arabic.
• Support business development in Arabic-speaking markets.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic or specific dialect if required).
• Fluent in English (or another specified language).
• Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or PRO-related roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and business etiquette in Arabic-speaking regions is a plus.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and official documentation.
• Valid UAE (or relevant country) PRO license/certification (if applicable).
