Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Gender: Male
Nationality: Any
Age: Below 35 years
UAE Driving License: Preferred
Salary Range: AED 6,500 - 7,000
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in handling:
Employment and residence visas, labor permits, and medical processing
Trade license renewals and company license documentation
Government applications and approvals with authorities such as:
- Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- Immigration Department
- Municipality
- Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- Traffic Department
Visa arrangements with Embassies (business travel visas)
Managing visa renewals for employees and their dependents
Maintaining passport and visa database records
Preparing visa-related expense reports
Candidate Requirements:
Well-versed in UAE government procedures
Capable of independently managing all PRO-related functions
Strong coordination and documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple government portals and approvals efficiently
