We are currently headhunting for a Private Equity Associate with a top-tier Investment entity based in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of sectors and investment types. The successful candidate can expect to be a highly impactful contributor to deal teams and gain significant exposure to all aspects of the team\'s investment activities.

Responsibilities:

- Closely work with senior professionals to support execution on all aspects of private equity transactions
- Building financial models and valuation analyses to support due diligence of investment opportunities
- Conducting company specific, industry and macro research to support transaction specific diligence as well as to develop specialized sector/industry themes
- Writing internal and external memoranda, presentations and reviewing legal documentation
- Working with legal, financial and commercial counterparties on process management, diligence, structuring and negotiations
- Detailed operational monitoring and ongoing management of portfolio assets

Requirements:

- 2 years of Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services and/or Principal Investing background with demonstrated transactional experience (buy-side would be advantageous)
- Strong quantitative skills and complex financial modeling capabilities
- High degree of intellectual curiosity, initiative and professional maturity
- Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
