Lead and monitor all clienteling activities in all the Middle East flagship stores and across the Regional Stores Network, according to the corporate guidelines.
Analyze and work on CRM database to promote clienteling activities and actions at Middle East level.
Organize and optimize Fur Trunk Shows both in Store and in special locations.
Manage all clienteling actions around fashion shows according to Corporate guidelines.
Propose, create, and implement special moments for VIC guests.
Reinforce the Roman experience and tradition exploiting the project Rome is Fendi and Fendi is Rome.
Review and monitor sales performance periodically and recommend/ implement sales strategies in agreement with Retail Directors.
