Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and individual insurance segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Promote insurance products including medical, motor, life, property, and general insurance solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client servicing.
Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.
Stay updated on insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and policy documentation.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to enhance brand presence.
Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
UAE National (Emiratization requirement).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in sales or insurance are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
