The selected candidate will focus on
luxury secondary and off-plan properties
, representing PRIME's premium portfolio with excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales transactions for
luxury off-plan and secondary market properties
.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
Utilize company-generated leads and marketing tools to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated with Dubai's property market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
Represent the PRIME brand with professionalism and dedication.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of real estate sales experience
(Dubai experience preferred).
European candidates
are encouraged; fluency in
multiple languages
is a plus.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE or international driving license
required.
Self-driven, confident, and capable of achieving individual and team goals.
