Job Description
We are looking for qualified specialty chefs who have mastered the culinary arts in either Western cooking or Middle Eastern cooking. The specialty chefs have a real passion for food and a vast knowledge. They keep ahead of trends and food styles. They love creating new dishes and constantly want to exceed expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Experience:
a 5 Hotel or a high level restaurant: 2 years (Required)
Star Restaurant or Private Residence MANDATORY: 2 years (Required)
International living and working essential: 3 years (Required)
Has worked in teams with more thank 6 chefs: 2 years (Required)
Western specialty chef - must have apprenticeship papers: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
4-year culinary degree or equivalent (Required)
Level 3 - Food Hygiene & Safety (Supervisors) (Required)
