Job Description
4-year culinary degree or equivalent formal culinary training - MANDATORY
Level 3 - Food Hygiene & Safety (Supervisors)
Level 2 - Allergy Awareness
Level 2 - HACCP
Safe Chemical Handling
Private chef experience in a VVIP household preferred
Experience in a 5 Hotel or a high level restaurant or Michelin Star Restaurant or Private
Residence MANDATORY
International living and working essential MANDATORY
Has worked in teams with more thank 6 chefs, the ability to work on your own and as part of
a team
Must have a proven CV for their positions over a period of time i.e.; progressed up the ranks
- not started in a kitchen and 12 months later is an executive chef with no formal training
If a Western specialty chef - must have apprenticeship papers. MANDATORY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Experience:
ARABIC CUISINE: 3 years (Required)
Hotel or a high level restaurant or Michelin Star Restaurant: 3 years (Required)
Private Residence AS CHEF: 3 years (Required)
Western specialty chef : 3 years (Preferred)
* knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines: 3 years (Required)
