We are hiring a highly skilled and passionate

private chef

to prepare exceptional meals for our family. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of international cuisines, with a particular emphasis on Arabic culinary traditions. We value fresh, high-quality ingredients, creative menu planning, and a commitment to providing delicious and nutritious meals.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals, special occasions, and dinner parties. Create diverse menus that incorporate a variety of international cuisines, with expertise in Arabic dishes. Shop for high-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability. Accommodate dietary preferences, allergies, and nutritional requirements. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Manage kitchen inventory and budget effectively. Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service. Be willing to adapt to changing schedules and preferences. Prepare meals in more than one location as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Private Chef or in a similar role, with a focus on international cuisine. In-depth knowledge of Arabic culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to prepare a wide range of dishes. Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and food allergies. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Formal culinary training or certification is preferred. A valid driver's license is desirable but not essential.
