Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Butler to provide exceptional and personalized service to a VVIP. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working with UHNWI\'s and possess exceptional communication skills in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Thai, Japanese, or Korean. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of comfort, satisfaction, and discretion for the employer and their guests.

Responsibilities:

• Personalized Service: Provide impeccable and anticipatory service, catering to the unique preferences and needs of the employer and their guests.
• Hospitality: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of entertaining, including organizing events, arranging private dinners, and managing guest invitations.
• Logistical Support: Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning.
• Fine Dining: Skillfully serve meals, adhere to formal dining protocols, and exhibit in-depth knowledge of international cuisines, wines, and etiquettes.
• Language Proficiency: Communicate effectively in at least one of the specified languages (Russian, Thai, Japanese, or Korean), ensuring clear and accurate interaction with the employer and guests.
• Discretion: Exercise the utmost discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters concerning the employer.
• Household Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of the employer\'s residence, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and functionality at all times.
• Protocol and Etiquette: Possess a deep understanding of cultural norms, social etiquette, and proper behavior in various settings.
• Security Awareness: Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the employer and their guests.
• Technology Proficiency: Be tech-savvy and capable of assisting with various technology-related tasks, such as setting up entertainment systems and managing electronic devices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Private Butler working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals and providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Thai, Japanese, or Korean.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
• Knowledge of international etiquette, fine dining, and protocol.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
