Roles & Responsibilities Do you love art and would like to share that love with others? We are a new art studio which will open with a bang in Dubai (Al Quoz 1)! You will have the chance to experience growing a business and being instrumental in its success. We are on the lookout for upbeat, responsible individuals to manage operations and be the faces of our brand. Wild Paint House is a one-of-a-kind art jamming studio based in Dubai, featuring more than six types of unique and fun painting activities for kids, families, dates and team bondings. We are a Singapore company expanding to Dubai and we are featured on multiple mainstream media with plans to expand fast! We are a tech-driven company and have an autonomous but fast working culture. We are on the lookout for responsible, highly independent, self-motivated, and outgoing individuals who can execute operationally with opportunities to expand their entrepreneurial skillset. The duties that will be undertaken include: Creating Customer Experience: Be the face of our brand. Host customers and show them the best time!
- Outgoing and ability to engage with customers
- Conducting briefings/demos
- Collect hundreds of 5-star reviews from happy customers
- Take pictures and videos of participants
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. General studio upkeep
- Mixing paints and varnishing artworks (training will be provided)
- Cleaning tools, equipment and materials.
- Handling deliveries
- Ideate and execute on improvements to overall system protocols and studio processes/design
- Assist with content creation for social media & management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- A People-person: able to communicate well. This will be a customer facing job! You need to LOVE interacting with people!
- Independent, disciplined, hard-working
- Able to manage your own time to oversee the space responsibly. Good organization skills are a must.
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays as those are our busiest days. Team members will work 5 or 6 days/week.
- Have an interest in art and creative activities, and love interacting with people
- You have love and have experience working with kids. This is a must! We will be hosting plenty of birthday parties
- Have a good Spotify playlist and enjoys being in events and parties
- Constantly thinking about how to solve problems and improve things around you
- Interest to be part of an early-stage company and go through the process of how a fast-growing company expands
- Experience in service jobs
- Photography and editing skills with understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Art background - not a requirement but definitely a bonus!
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- 1.1 What experience do you have in the arts? In painting?
- Working with kids: 2 years (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
- English (Required)
