to join our team in Abu Dhabi (ATCO AUH). You will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and supporting a wide range of high-speed digital copiers, printers, plotters, and MFP integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, install, troubleshoot, and upgrade MFPs and related equipment (Konica Minolta, Canon, HP, Sharp, Ricoh, Lexmark, Zebra, etc.).
Handle print management solutions and MFP integration at client sites.
Provide high-quality technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance schedules.
Manage consumables, supplies, and maintain accurate customer records.
Introduce annual service agreements to non-contract clients to enhance business productivity.
Provide training to end-users to improve equipment knowledge and usage.
Maintain effective communication with Service Helpdesk and Technical Manager.
Maximise revenue from servicing non-contract equipment by providing estimates and inspection charges.
Requirements:
Education:
HSC / Technical Diploma
Experience:
2-15 years in technical support, especially with digital copier/plotter equipment.
Skills:
Strong IT networking knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication in English
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Go-getter attitude with analytical thinking
Basic knowledge of IT hardware products
Proficiency in MS Office
