Job Brief:

We are looking for a loyal professional who will play a crucial role in the finalization, preparation of artwork and POS production for retail stores. You will collaborate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure that the artwork meets printing and production requirements, all necessary POS materials printed on time and distributed to retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

• File Preparation: Prepare and set up print-ready files for various projects, ensuring they meet color, resolution, and format specifiations.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on design files to identify and rectify any errors or issues that may affect the final printed output. Address all issues to design team/maintenance team on time.
• File Conversion: Convert and optimize files for various production, taking into consideration the specific requirements of each printing technology. Adapt and resize files based on size requirements for retail brand communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, and other team members to understand project and make sure that printing completed on-time consider delivery timelines. Make sure that equipment service team is coming regularly for printer maintenance service.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure availability of printing materials. Regularly monitor vendors to make sure that business is getting all printing requirements with best prices on market.
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery of POS materials to retail stores on time. Meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Print Production Artist or similar role.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of print processes, color management, file optimization, and prepress procedures.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and correcting design and print-related issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
