• We are seeking an experienced engineer for our Production Print Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and understanding finishing machines such as Intec, Rowe, and other industry-standard equipment.
• Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting, binding, and packaging machines.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Set up, install, and configure production print devices at customer sites in line with customer specifications
• Diagnose complex issues related to print quality, hardware, and software integration, and provide effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• A degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.

Additional Information
Skills & Professional Requirements:

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines like INTEC and other finishing machines.
• Ability to provide initial technical support and resolve simple machine-related issues.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in technical sales or pre-sales.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
