MISSIONS:

System entity in Dubai Production Centre. Collaborate closely with the Head of System to:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations within DBI System entity, including the coordination of engineering activities and resource allocation.
• Implement DBI System entity creation roadmap.
• Develop capabilities and expertise.
• Identify and implement tools, strategies, methodologies, and plans supporting efficiency and excellence.
• Provide leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

System network in DBI. Support the Head of System in:

• Day-to-day running and coordination with DBI entities and Systra System Group network.
• Leading specific assignments.

DBI System Bids & Sales:

• Support the development of tender documents and technical proposals, providing technical expertise for business development efforts.
• Reviewing Request for Proposal, raising tender clarifications, estimating resources needs (technical and workload) / challenging others\' proposals, preparing proposal methodologies or reviewing others\'.
• Support in determining the best production organisation (internal/external DBI with System Group).

DBI Production:

• Collaborate with the Head of Systems to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for systems engineering and railway systems.
• Support project operations by overseeing DBI Dubai Production Centre System activities.
• Project positions: Back-office positions from technical expertise (Systems Engineering and System discipline as per competence), coordination/interface & integration, to project management.

PROFILE:

• Master degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications and memberships in relevant engineering associations and project management are a plus.
• Strong experience (at least 10 years) in systems engineering, rail systems, and technical coordination within the railway industry.
• Appointed positions on international transport projects.
• Experience in a multicultural environment.
• Experience as a consultant and contractor is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of railway systems, including signalling, communications, electrification, and control systems. Having a reference discipline of expertise is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Systems Engineering.
• Leadership skills, with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Experience in bid preparation and estimate of resources is a plus.
• Proficiency in systems engineering tools, methodologies, and standards.
• Fluent in English
• Good organization skills, rigour and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
