As a Principal at Roland Berger Middle East, you will take a lead role in our Investor Support Practice, collaborating with clients to facilitate well-informed investment decisions and sustainable growth strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding market dynamics, analyzing investment opportunities, and delivering actionable insights. Key responsibilities encompass: * Investment Strategy:

• Employ your industry acumen to assess investment opportunities and risks, offering insightful recommendations to clients seeking to optimize their investment strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses, competitor assessments, and due diligence to guide investment decisions across various sectors.
• Client Engagement:

• Cultivate strong relationships with investors and clients, positioning Roland Berger as a trusted partner in shaping investment roadmaps.
• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and unique market positions, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Business Development:

• Identify and foster new business opportunities within the Investor Support Practice, leveraging your network and market insights.
• Collaborate with the business development team to craft compelling proposals, demonstrating Roland Berger\'s value proposition to potential clients.
• Thought Leadership:

• Generate thought leadership content, including industry reports, market insights, and whitepapers, contributing to the advancement of knowledge within the Investor Support Practice.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and panels to showcase expertise and establish Roland Berger as a thought leader in the field.
• Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on investor support, overseeing project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive consistency and excellence in project execution.
• Mentorship and Development:

• Mentor and guide junior consultants, nurturing their professional growth and supporting their development within the Investor Support Practice.
• Provide ongoing feedback and contribute to performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a strong focus on investor support and due diligence.
• Proven expertise in conducting market analyses, competitor assessments, and evaluating investment opportunities across various industries.
• Strong network within the investment community in the Middle East, with relationships with investors, funds, and other key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of distilling complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

• Master\'s degree or MBA in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred including STEM, from a global top university or business school

• Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead project teams and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
