Based within our Strategy Consulting business line, a Consultant is a professional who possess extremely solid problem solving and end-to-end modelling skills; knowledgeable in the TMT industry and capable leading content discussions. A consultant is able to take ownership of modules of the project and take responsibility for full chapters of documents on his own.
Consultants will typically perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
Carry out reliable and accurate research and data collection for client projects and business development
Interview the client\xe2\x80\x99s employees, management team and other stakeholders
Identify issues, form hypothesis and facilitate discussions within project teams and client groups
Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthetizing and positioning the findings within the larger project context
Communicate main ideas and findings from work through written and graphical presentations
Present findings and recommendations to clients
Implement recommendations/solutions and liaise with client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
Manage a project module with support and guidance from senior team members
Autonomously deliver reliable and accurate research for client projects and proposals
Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing and positioning the findings within the larger project context
Summarize and clearly communicate main ideas and findings from work through written, graphical or oral presentations
Help facilitate and lead discussions within project teams and client groups
Co-ordinate, motivate and coach junior team-members
Acts as an expert in a selected range of telecom topics, supporting the development of intellectual capital and coaching other team members on these topics.

Communication
Oral communication: Communicates confidently and in a convincing manner with mid-level clients and other team members
Presentation skills: Presents outputs of the project to mid-level clients in a convincing style
Document writing: Creates small chapters end to end (90%) and highlights messages in a compelling and insightful way
Email writing: Writes complex emails in the most effective way, and adapts language, length and content to the audience
Meeting facilitation: Is responsible for minutes taking and distribution
Lead meetings: Manages meetings with mid-level clients without supervision #LI-SS1
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA from a top business school
Undergraduate degree in: Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Strategy, Analytics or a related field
2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 previous experience in a top-tier consultancy or professional services environment
Basic knowledge and interest in the Telecoms, Media and Tech (TMT) industry
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong quantitative skills
A logical and lateral thinker, who is intellectually curious
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)

This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices
