  • Supervise the planning function during design and/or construction stages of assigned project/projects.
  • Prepare initial network of activities in simplified form for project programme.
  • Maintain critical path diagrams and computer analysis of programme to ensure project target dates are met.
  • Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.
  • Supervise and develop other planning and specialist support staff at home and/or field office locations.
  • Establish and maintain activity level integration between P6 and Project Management Reporting tool.
  • Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyse the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control authorisation process
  • Quality Assurance \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Qatar Location.
  • Safety \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Qatar Location. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical etc.) from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. Managing team of Specialists, Senior Engineers and Engineers. Experience of working with ADNOC on large FEEDs is a must. Knowledge of reimbursable contracts is required. Education Qualification Bachelor Degree in Engineering
