Location: Abu Dhabi
Package: 15K all inclusive
- University degree in Early childhood/ education.
- University degree on other specialization Combined by a certified professional certificate in Early Childhood Leadership (Level 5), Or practical experience in early childhood or education for at least two years with sufficient knowledge of the administrative aspects, knowledge of the curriculum and policies and procedures related to the care and protection of children. Person Specification
The post holder must be a highly organised person, have the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner, be able to prioritise workload and have the ability to work well under pressure. The post holder should be able to communicate with a range of audiences, have good written communication skills, and a knowledge of computer based packages. She should be able to produce documents of a high standard. The post holder must give clear and positive instructions to her staff and build a rapport with parents and promote the interests of the school. Job Summary:
To ensure the smooth running of the nursery on a day to day basis.
Responsible for all aspects relating to:

• Fees and Deposit Collection
• Log and payments of salary
• Ministry Checks
• Personnel
• Staff Management
• Parent Management
• Hiring of Teaching Assistants
• Viewings
• Complete knowledge of the Registration Pack, Policies and Procedures

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED15,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

• Do you hold previous experience as Principal in Nursery in UAE/ GCC/ Native country
• Do you have practical experience in early childhood or education for at least 2 years with sufficient knowledge of the administrative aspects,

knowledge of the curriculum and policies and procedures related to the care and protection of children.

• Have you completed University degree in Early childhood/ education.
• Have you completed University degree on other specialization Combined by a certified professional certificate in Early Childhood Leadership (Level 5)
