A reputed and well-established nursery in Sharjah is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Principal

to lead our institution. We are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure academic and operational excellence. Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with KHDA/MOE standards. Supervise, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain nursery licenses. Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement in teaching methodologies, child development programs, and overall nursery performance. Organize staff training, workshops, and professional development programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Leadership, or a related field. Minimum

5-7 years of leadership experience

in early years education (nursery/early childhood setting). Strong knowledge of EYFS / Montessori / Reggio Emilia or similar early childhood frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff while maintaining a child-centered approach. UAE experience preferred.
