Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
in
Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
administration or front-desk operations
, preferably within a
nursery, school, or educational institute
in the UAE.
Fluent in English and Arabic
(spoken and written) - bilingual communication is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a
professional, friendly, and presentable personality
.
Strong computer literacy:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
,
Google Drive
, and
digital communication platforms
.
Capable of handling
WhatsApp, phone, and email communications
with parents efficiently.
Knowledge of
basic accounts, invoicing, and petty cash handling
preferred.
Highly
organized, punctual, and multitasking-oriented
, with a proactive attitude.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the
first point of contact
for parents, visitors, and inquiries -- in person, via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Manage
daily attendance
, admissions follow-ups, and parent communication.
Maintain accurate
student files, invoices, receipts, and payment logs
.
Support the
Principal / Manager
with administrative tasks, documentation, and daily coordination.
Handle
admission leads, enquiry conversions, and parent feedback tracking
.
Coordinate with the teaching and support teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with
event coordination, marketing support, and promotional activities
.
Uphold
confidentiality, professionalism, and nursery standards
at all times.
Be flexible to handle
rotational administrative duties
when required.
