As we continue to grow and take on new challenges, we are seeking a talented Principal Integration Engineer to join our team.
The Principal Integration Engineer is responsible from; Lead the integration and testing of payload systems, System Integration Planning, Subsystem coordination, configuration tracking, test planning and execution, compliance standarts, failure analysis and mitigation, prototype and production support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 12+ years of experience in aerospace integration, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in UAV or military aerospace projects, including payload integration and ground/flight testing.

• Training: Certifications in project management, test engineering, or integration systems preferred. Extensive experience with military and aerospace systems integration.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership in large, complex systems integration projects.
• Expertise in payload systems, integration, and testing for UAVs.
• Strong understanding of ground and flight test processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in systems integration tools and test planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and testing of payload systems into the stealth UAV, ensuring seamless operation and integration with other subsystems (mechanical, avionics, propulsion).
• Oversee ground and flight test activities, ensuring tests are conducted safely, efficiently, and with full compliance to project requirements and timelines.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for payload integration, troubleshooting, and testing, leading the integration team throughout the development and test phases.
• Develop and execute test plans, including operational, environmental, and system-level testing for payloads.
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams and collaborate with systems engineers, avionics engineers, and payload specialists to ensure alignment of integration processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers/technicians and integration team members.
