Who We Are Looking For
The Principal Consultant will be responsible for working as a risk strategy subject matter expert to support sales activities, deriving business strategies for clients focusing on the credit lifecycle from underwriting, portfolio management, payments & collections strategies. Realm of effort will include diverse set of industries from credit cards, instalments lending, small & medium enterprise lending, mortgages, auto loans to name a few. Person will support the development and delivery of applications/solutions focusing on our client customer satisfaction and optimizing our client experience as well as playing a key role in ensuring that product investment decisions, positioning, selling, and servicing are closely aligned and customer-focused for quicker go-live following risk governance & compliance framework laid out by respective regional governing authorities.
We are looking for a Arabic speaker with experience in the Middle East to support across Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
This is a remote role; however, the successful candidate will ideally be based within the GCC (preferably in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar).
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do
With Clients:
  • Strategically contribute across accounts, elevate the strategic thinking of all team members (including clients)
  • Schedule and contribute to various client meetings to position Provenir solutions adding subject matter expert knowledge.
  • Drive successful engagements that cover all the client\xe2\x80\x99s customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Identify design and configuration deviation from best practices to then align a client\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy and objectives with an enabling Provenir solution.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with various key stakeholders to recommend resolutions as per client requirements.
  • Push the envelope with out-of-the-box solutions. Optimize client experience across the lifecycle journey from discovery, consideration, evaluation, buy, adoption and retention.
  • Ensure and exceed expectations for client satisfaction with all output.
Within Provenir:
  • Establish, build out and continue to improve competitive intelligence initiatives.
  • Harvest best practice from the field to enrich our client value propositions and productize go-to- market solutions.
  • Ensure a completely synergistic approach to defining and messaging our solutions value with the Product Management team, collaborating closely on strategic roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the business, product, and sales leaders to ensure product investment decisions, positioning, selling, and servicing are closely aligned, and customer focused.
  • Drive the evolution of our future strategy and vision and shape strategic content.

Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related, master\xe2\x80\x99s preferred
  • 10+ years working in a similar role selling consulting projects, solutions or managed services for a Software/SaaS firm.
  • Experience in FinTech, Fraud, Credit Risk, Data Analytics or related verticals required.
  • Experience and an understanding of the nuances of Islamic Banking in relation to lending
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects requiring regular status reporting and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Experience giving live demonstrations presenting to small and large audiences.
  • Project management experience specific to establishing best practices, process improvements, and implementation of operational controls.
  • Experience interacting with clients and various lines of business seeking solutions for enhancing client experience.
  • Structured and rigorous yet able to take risks where necessary & solutions minded.
  • Possess a strong service orientation and finds challenge in problem-solving complex situations.
  • Excellent at time management, able to handle multiple concurrent work engagements, has the business acumen to drive prioritization of work assignments, be creative problem solvers, and have excellent verbal/written communications skills.
