• Leading the backend development of our Node.js-based fintech platform.
• Collaborating with Frontend Developers, Product Managers, and Designers to build robust backend solutions.
• Owning the end-to-end development and maintenance of backend services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Providing technical leadership in server-side development and database management.
• Innovating and improving development practices and backend architecture.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning and backend excellence.

This role uniquely blends technical leadership with hands-on backend development. You\'ll play a crucial role in building and scaling a state-of-the-art fintech platform, addressing unique challenges in backend services and data management. Your contributions are vital to the platform\'s performance and our company\'s growth. Projects: Leading the backend development for new functionalities, optimizing performance and scalability, implementing secure and efficient APIs, and driving the integration of cloud-based services. Requirements

• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and building GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of Node.js, ORMs, and backend development principles.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in leading complex backend projects in large teams.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines and backend testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
