As an Account Cloud Engineer, you'll work with sales to bridge the gap between business and tech, inspiring customers with the value of Oracle Cloud. We are devoted to customer success and with a constantly evolving portfolio of cloud services we need architects that embrace change and who can quickly determine how new services may be used in solutions that create value for our customers.
What you will do
Lead technical activity on customer accounts, from project concept to adoption. You'll build a deep understanding of our customers' systems, priorities, and business needs to find unique solutions. This position will focus on customers that are Digital Natives and hence often have very strong cloud and software engineering practices.

• Become a trusted advisor on all things cloud engineering.
• Provide technical expertise on cloud infrastructure, platforms, and architecture.
• Ensure that Oracle cloud technology drives customer outcomes and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with sales to define account strategies and win new workloads.
• Lead solution creation, architecture design, and workshops.
• Demonstrate the value of our cloud products, architectures, and new technologies.

What you'll bring

• Degree level education in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Technical fluency and strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
• Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI).
• Experience from serving external or internal customers: consultant, cloud architect, platform engineer or similar.
