Primavera Software Specialist
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze project data for accurate scheduling and planning.
Prepare comprehensive project reports using Primavera, including progress updates, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of Extension of Time (EoT) claims.
Identify potential project risks and delays and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of project data within the Primavera system.
Provide technical support and training to project team members on Primavera usage.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for project scheduling and planning.
Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Primavera P6 software.
Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling, planning, and reporting using Primavera.
Experience in the preparation and analysis of Extension of Time (EoT) claims.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
