We are Hiring for a Primary School Principal

Location - Dubai

Salary - up to AED 35,000/-

Areas of Responsibility

Recruitment and Development; lead on staff recruitment; (including interviews, Induction and Confirmation procedures).

Accreditation & Inspection; lead Accreditation & Inspection Committees

Appraisal; use school Appraisal policy to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning, inform future priorities and targets, and support team development in line with SDP.

Curriculum; support AQC & AC to ensure curriculum quality & content (Student achievement; support AQC & AC with data analysis relating to internal and external assessment, with the aim of raising standards of teaching and learning.

British Curriculum curriculum/assessment developments and initiatives; keep current, brief & support team on new, and implement as appropriate for improvement of teaching & learning.

Other

Follow, support & help to develop School aims, Vision, improvement plans, policies and practices

Support school activities & events as required.

School resource and training needs.

Attend/lead PD/INSET & support Coaching relating to JD & personal/school targets.

Meet deadlines as requested by MD.

Promote effective teamwork across SLT & whole school.

Promote School positively with community while maintaining complete confidentiality.

Respect local culture, customs and laws.

Promote & model School Core Values.

Requirements

Master in Education Or Bachelor's degree with preferably NPQH

Either of the above preferably a previously approved KHDA principal or with minimum 3-5 years leadership experience.
