Position Overview
Leams Education in Dubai is seeking a qualified Primary Maths / Secondary Teacher to work under the guidance of the Head of Department (HOD) Maths. The role involves supporting both primary and secondary maths teachers by improving subject standards, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to curriculum development and implementation in line with British and CBSE frameworks. The successful candidate will also participate in lesson observations, CPD sessions, and team teaching, while fulfilling general departmental responsibilities.

Core Duties

• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of maths curriculum for primary and secondary levels
• Mentor and guide maths teachers to enhance teaching standards and classroom practices
• Conduct lesson observations, CPD programs, and collaborative team teaching sessions
• Assist in designing effective teaching strategies and daily lesson plans
• Monitor student performance and ensure effective assessment practices
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to achieve departmental targets and objectives
• Uphold a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning outcomes

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or Education with specialization in Maths
• 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience in the UAE
• Knowledge and exposure to both British and CBSE curriculum standards
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal abilities
