Job Description

A leading Discount/Gifts Hypermarket located in a high-density labor area is looking for an experienced Price Labelling Clerk to join our team.

Job Summary:



A reputed

supermarket in the UAE

is looking for a reliable and detail-focused

Price Labelling Clerk

to manage the creation, updating, and placement of product price labels. The candidate must ensure price tags are accurate, visible, and in compliance with store and UAE retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Print and attach

price labels, barcode stickers, and shelf tags

for all items in the store. Update product prices during

promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns

. Ensure

pricing on shelves matches the POS (Point-of-Sale) system

. Identify and correct

missing, incorrect, or outdated price tags

. Coordinate with the inventory and purchasing team regarding

price changes

and

new product entries

. Maintain cleanliness and proper placement of price labels across all supermarket sections. Handle

labeling equipment

and maintain regular checks to ensure accurate output. Assist in

stock arrangements and shelf labeling

during new arrivals or restocking.

Requirements:



1-2 years of experience

as a

Labeling Clerk

or similar role in a

UAE or GCC supermarket

. Familiar with

barcode printing systems

,

price management

, and

retail software

. Basic knowledge of

POS systems

and product categorization. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic communication skills in

English

; knowledge of

Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic

is a plus. Physically fit and able to work on foot for long hours.

Preferred:



Previous experience in

UAE supermarkets or hypermarkets

(e.g., Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, etc.). Familiarity with UAE

retail pricing regulations

and labeling standards.
Job Type: Full-time
