We are seeking a Presales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier registrations, handling pre-sales activities, preparing estimations, and ensuring timely submissions of quotations. This is a full-time role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Register the company on all relevant supplier portals to receive enquiries.
Maintain and manage login credentials for supplier portals; regularly check for new enquiries and track submission deadlines.
Ensure all quotations are prepared and submitted on time.
Estimate fire protection requirements for maintenance and fit-out projects.
Maintain records of new clients and track achieved targets.
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and ensure continuous communication.
Request invoices from the accounts department upon work completion and follow up on payments.
Keep logs of enquiries, quotations, awarded jobs, and completed jobs for tracking and reporting purposes.
Prepare internal AMC contracts and ensure AMC documents are ready prior to DCD submission.
Qualifications:
Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Skills: Estimation, documentation, and client coordination. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of fire protection, detection, and evacuation systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is mandatory.
Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory, and Hindi is an added advantage.
