• Addressing RFI/RFP/RFQ/Sales Enquiries responses in an extensive, formally excellent and timely manner
• Gathering accurate and complete requirements and specifications from clients and users
• Analyses of functional requirements and existing systems to develop project specifications, define Project Scope.

• Prepare, maintain, and document solution submittals - including BOM, technical proposals, compliances, presentations, marketing material
• Work closely with vendors, partners, and customers as well as the engineering and sales teams to design and package complete security solutions.
• Complete contracts, order forms, job scopes, diagrams, and specifications. Submit paperwork to sales support staff to initiate installation.
• Plan and design enterprise class solutions related to Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Parking Management and Guidance Systems, UVSS, ANPR, PSIM & ISMS solutions etc.
• Prepare and review/approve engineering drawings based on solid technical foundation including schematics, risers, termination typicals etc.
• Participate in technical trainings and keep oneself abreast of technology.
• Lead and perform system configuration and support solution implementation and troubleshooting as part post-sales support, as and when required.
• Design and Deliver Product presentations to prospects, customers, and partners.
• Keeping a healthy and positive relationship with key customers and partners, meeting them regularly and keeping them up to date with the latest product releases and new features
• Customization and localization of product and marketing documentation
• Representing Intechnics at trade shows and events
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

• Must have significant customer-facing consulting/advisory Pre-Sales experience.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated with the successful ability to manage time and workload.
• Must be educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent in Computer Engineering/Science or similar, with a focus on IT Security and Networking.

• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment in a transparent and open manner is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
• Good knowledge of and relationship to the local IT & security market (system integrators, resellers, distributors are a plus)
• Demonstrated hands-on skills on Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Parking Management and Guidance Systems, UVSS, ANPR, PSIM & ISMS solutions.
