Job Description
Requirements:
Must be from Engineering background. Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCAD. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication and organizational skills Good knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC controls, and field devices. Ability to read, interpret, and analyse IFC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Responsibilities:
? Prepare and submit technical submittals, compliance statements, Basic BMS Designs and product datasheets as per project specifications and IFC drawings. ? Review IFC drawings and tender documents to ensure proposed solutions are compliant and optimized. ? Coordinate with consultants and clients to respond to technical comments and queries. ? Support preparation of BOQs, equipment selections, and technical proposals. ? Assist in value engineering and alternative proposals while ensuring compliance with specifications. ? Maintain records of submittals, approvals, and correspondence. ? Attend meetings with consultants/clients to clarify technical points and ensure alignment.
