This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in the Zoho ecosystem to support our sales team in understanding customer requirements, providing tailored demos, crafting solution proposals, and driving business opportunities to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and pain points.
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs, primarily using Zoho apps (Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, etc.).
Analyze business processes and propose effective solutions using Zoho applications.
Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation.
Act as a bridge between sales, development, and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility.
Provide technical guidance and respond to functional queries during the sales cycle.
Stay updated on new Zoho features and releases to better align solutions.
Support in onboarding and handover process for new clients post-sale.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutioning, or Business Analysis role within a Zoho environment.
Zoho Certifications (Zoho CRM Administrator, Zoho Creator Developer, etc.)
Experience with API integrations, custom workflows, and Zoho Deluge scripting.
Background in SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience in creating functional and technical documents.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
