Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Presales engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to support pre-sales activities and deliver tailored solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations. Collaborate with presales head and sales teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients. Support the creation of RFP/RFI responses. Research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
