A leading technology organization is hiring a Presales Consultant for their Commercial Team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The client is an AI infrastructure provider delivering scalable, high-performance computing solutions for enterprise and government use.
As a Presales Consultant, you'll work alongside sales and technical teams to design and present tailored ICT, cloud, and AI solutions for enterprise clients. Your role includes leading technical engagements, managing PoCs, supporting RFPs, and ensuring smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery-all while fostering client relationships and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Channel Partners, Solution Architects, and Product Teams to identify business opportunities and qualify client needs within the enterprise sector.
• Prepare comprehensive solution presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions tailored to each client's business objectives.
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives by managing technical demonstrations and ensuring successful conversion from PoC to full-scale deployment.
• Coordinate responses to complex RFPs and tenders by developing high-quality technical documentation that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Continuously develop your own skills by staying updated on emerging technologies in cloud computing, AI platforms, data centre architecture, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in presales or solution consulting roles within ICT, networking, cloud computing or artificial intelligence companies-ideally serving large enterprise or public sector clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing solutions involving AIaaS (Artificial Intelligence as a Service), HPC (High Performance Computing), Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), Data Platforms or Edge Computing environments.
• Proven track record responding effectively to complex RFPs/tenders as well as leading successful proof-of-concept engagements for major clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline; Master's degree or relevant certifications (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate) highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing models (IaaS/PaaS/AIaaS), data centre architecture principles and modern AI platforms-including hands-on familiarity with major providers like Azure/AWS/GCP plus on-premise HPC setups.
• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow/PyTorch), APIs integration projects and GPU-based infrastructure deployments.
• Exceptional communication skills-able to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences while adapting style as needed for different stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure without compromising quality or timelines.
• Customer-centric approach rooted in empathy; skilled at building rapport quickly while maintaining professionalism during challenging negotiations or issue resolution scenarios.
• Team-oriented attitude-comfortable collaborating across functions while contributing positively towards shared goals; open-mindedness towards feedback essential for continuous improvement.
