Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Presales Broadcast Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to provide technical expertise and support for our broadcast clients. You will be responsible for understanding the client\'s technical requirements, designing and presenting technical solutions, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Work with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical expertise to assist with sales efforts. Design and present technical solutions to meet the client\'s requirements, including workflow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and equipment lists. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical designs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and technologies to ensure that our technical solutions are cutting-edge and competitive. Check the Monaqasat website 2-3 times a week to identify new tenders/inquiries and respond to them in a timely manner. Follow up with clients to get updates about the submitted offers, respond to customer clarifications, and fetch new opportunities by visiting clients regularly and recording them in the CRM system. Communicate with vendors to get the best prices for the offered products in tenders/inquiries and keep in touch with them by regular calls/communication. Record all work in the CRM system and ensure that CRM records are up-to-date. Follow the company\'s business processes to build offers and respond to tenders/inquiries to meet company standards. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in broadcast engineering, preferably in a presales or technical support role. Strong understanding of broadcast workflows, including ingest, playout, automation, and live production. Experience with broadcast equipment, including video servers, switchers, routers, encoders, and decoders. Knowledge of industry standards such as SMPTE, AES, and EBU. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
